This year we discover a new player in the game that is gaining popularity, with his unique views and the good vibe you will find while having a dinner or just enjoying a cocktail with friends. This place is not other than Babylon and it is located on the top floor of ATT 4 FUN.
Under the concept of “Lush Jungle”, Babylon creates a perfect mix between wild nature and the busy concrete walls of the buildings, with a luxurious dining and bar environment. A high-altitude restaurant that serves as an escape from the bustling roads and the noisy of the Taipei city.
As we discussed with friends that have visited Babylon recently, many pointed out how the place give you a variety of experiences for different scenarios, taking for example a romantic diner with your partner in one of the separated tables that will give you a good touch of privacy and luxury service, but also how the restaurant and bar adapts to large group of friends who want to enjoy and socialize between each other.
Their menu just complete the whole journey with many options of finger food and starters but also proper meals that will leave you full and satisfied. They also have a large offer in fancy cocktails each of them with a unique touch and they are truly addictive!
One secret you will find if you stay late is that at certain hour Babylon will switch from daily restaurant to a fancy night bar. Once the neon lights are turn on you will realise that the party time is starting and the music is becoming more and more suitable for a good time dacing and drinking. It is really nice how people can experience the interlacing of day and night in there.
Babylon creates a decoration style with a very European atmosphere. The pure white design and the jungle environment of the day decoration is combined with the colorful neon lights and the city skyline of the night. Here you can clearly see the full picture of the heart of Taipei.
As quick as you get on the rooftop your mood will begin to change with a more suitable and happy vibe, all your worries and stress will starting to disappear leaving room for a good weave of music, friends and memorable moments.
Being located in the 11th floor of the Att for Fun mall has some advantages and one of them is that Costa Blanca is the "closest" sky club to 101 building in Taiwan and one of the very ones where you can see it in its entire form. Such a stunning view of the iconic structure. and definitely a difficult spot to book during the famous end year fireworks celebration.
As we visited Babylon we were lucky to discover that they have a brand new menu, so we leave you here a hint of what´s in!

獵人炸雞翅 Fried Chicken Wings with Chili Sauce NT$520
醃製過的炸雞翅油炸至金黃酥脆，搭配經典炸蝦、炸魚及炸薯條，食用時配上Babylon 特製的非洲辣肉醬，濃郁辛香與酥脆口感完美融合，讓你的手停不下來！
The marinated fried chicken wings are deep-fried until golden and crispy. They are paired with classic fried shrimp, fried fish and French fries. They are served with Babylon's special African chili meat sauce. The rich spicy flavor and crispy taste perfectly blend, making your hands stop. Not coming down!
塔可餅皮用烤箱烤至口感黃金酥脆，佐以Babylon特製熬煮的香料牛肉醬及鮮辣海鮮醬，配上洋蔥、番茄、生菜及墨西哥辣椒。擠上新鮮的酸檸檬汁大咬一口，清爽又濃郁的組合一定讓你欲罷不能！
The taco crust is roasted in the oven until golden and crisp. It is served with Babylon's special boiled beef sauce and spicy seafood sauce, with onions, tomatoes, lettuce and jalapenos. Squeeze the fresh sour lemon juice and take a bite, the refreshing and rich combination will definitely make you want to stop!
運用大量的番茄燉煮帶骨雞肉，預先醃製過的雞肉先用熱油煎至外皮酥脆，再加入紅、黃甜椒、蘑菇及小番茄一同小火燉煮至雞肉軟嫩多汁，最後淋上蜂蜜及椰奶，搭配著新鮮麵包每一口都品嚐得到番茄的酸甜鮮味混搭椰奶的濃郁椰香。
Use plenty of tomatoes to stew the bone-in chicken. The pre-marinated chicken is fried in hot water until the skin is crispy, and then red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms and small tomatoes are added and simmered until the chicken is tender and juicy. Topped with honey and coconut milk, paired with fresh bread, you can taste the sweet and sour umami of tomatoes and the rich coconut fragrance of coconut milk with every bite.
經典西班牙料理，加入白蝦、中卷、及扇貝等新鮮海鮮食材，以白酒及高湯熬煮義大利米至軟硬適中的口感，再添加薑黃等辛香料共同燉煮。食用前擠上新鮮檸檬汁，酸甜清香的海鮮搭配上辛香口感的米飯，地中海的海風彷彿於味蕾上徐徐吹著。
Classic Spanish cuisine, add fresh seafood ingredients such as white shrimp, medium rolls, and scallops, boil Italian rice with white wine and stock until it has a moderately firm texture, and add turmeric and other spices to stew. Squeeze fresh lemon juice before eating. Sweet and sour seafood is paired with spicy rice. The Mediterranean sea breeze seems to be slowly blowing on the taste buds.
Babylon 手工製作的鷹嘴豆泥，佐以橄欖、小番茄、小黃瓜及濃郁的費塔起司。油炸過後的酥脆墨西哥餅皮配上風味十足的鷹嘴豆泥，濃濃非洲獵遊風情於嘴裡油然而生。
Babylon’s handmade hummus is served with olives, small tomatoes, cucumbers and rich feta cheese. After deep-fried, the crispy Mexican tortilla crust is paired with the full-flavored hummus, and a strong African safari style is born in your mouth.
