If this summer you are planning to spend some days in the Japanese Island of Okinawa, we bring you something that you definitely can not miss! We are talking about Houkiboshi  ほうき星  a delicatessen dessert shop located in the Minatogawa StateSide Town where you can find their famous Canelé, a French tiny (but delicious) pastry flavored with rum and vanilla with a soft fill in the center and a dark crunchy caramelized crust.

如果夏天有計畫到沖繩旅行，千萬不能錯過位於港川外人住宅街的甜點店”Houkiboshi” (ほうき星)，專賣法式糕點可麗露，表層是厚厚焦褐色滿是焦糖的微硬外殼，以雞蛋、牛奶與麵粉製成，再加上蘭姆酒與香草調味。




They have a range of different flavors including Strawberry, Okinawa Coffee, Ogimi village green tea, Passion fruit, Okinawa Milk, Star x Banana, Pineapple, Awamori and Dragon fruit.

總共有八種口味，有草莓、沖繩咖啡、大宜味村綠茶、百香果、牛奶、香蕉白巧克力、鳳梨、泡盛古酒以及火龍果&酸桔。
