Eating healthy may be a difficult goal, the delicious, but not-so-healthy food that you can find at night markets, convenient stores and street stands is huge, but places like Yucca Café are in town to change that, offering a menu completely made with fresh ingredients, in-house sauces avoiding preservatives and additives and also focusing on seasonal fruits, vegetables with antioxidants, protein rich five-grain rice, quinoa and chia seeds.
現在這個世代想要吃得健康有點困難，像夜市、便利商店和路邊攤常常可以找到很多好吃但卻不健康的食物，不過今天要介紹的”Yucca Café”，是一間美味和健康兼具的咖啡廳，不添加防腐劑和添加物，完全採用新鮮食材、獨家自製的醬料、不含抗氧化劑的當季蔬果、富含蛋白質的五穀米、藜麥以及奇亞籽等食材。
Founded by Tordan Ferreira, Fabio Grangeon and Candy Lin, Yucca Café brings to Taipei the flavors of the nature with dishes like the famous Acai Jar made of Purple Passion Açaí powder, almond milk, honey and topped with kiwi, bananas, strawberries, granola and edible flowers that will quickly catch your eye into a deep purple tone. Tordan and Fabio recently launched Purple Passion a brand that provides Açaí products (a super fruit produced in the Amazon rainforest) to Taiwan. So, now you have no excuses to make your own acai bowls at home!
這間咖啡廳由二分之一強型男費丹尼、法比歐以及Candy所經營，Yucca Café有很多不同風味的健康餐點，例如高人氣的巴西莓罐，由巴西莓粉、杏仁牛奶、蜂蜜、奇異果、香焦、草莓、燕麥和食用花製成，不只美味也非常吸引人注意。費丹尼和法比歐最近創立了新品牌”Purple Passion”，產品主要是來自亞馬遜河的巴西莓粉，現在要自己在家動手做巴西莓碗也非常輕鬆簡單囉！
我們喜歡Yucca的原因之一包括他們內部的裝飾和傢俱，從桌子到吊燈所有木材都是天然木而且是他們自己做的！
