 In our recent escape to the Japanese island of Okinawa, we were delighted to visit a lot of their fish markets, high-quality seafood restaurants, sushi and sashimi stands and of course one that we could not miss! The Kouri Shrimp van.

最近River到日本沖繩旅遊給自己放個假，來到沖繩，喜歡生魚片、海鮮的我們，絕對少不了安排一趟魚市場的行程，除此之外，我們也慕名朝聖位於古宇利島超人氣的蝦蝦飯餐車！


What started as a small food truck selling garlic flavoured shrimps in the tiny island of Kouri (a small island near Okinawa that you can reach with your car passing a long bridge over the sea :O!) has become one of the most visited places for people visiting the country.

蝦蝦飯餐車不只是必吃人氣美食之一，也是熱門打卡景點喔！建議行程安排在古宇利大橋、古宇利海洋塔、心型岩，這樣可以一次玩完唷～


With only a main dish of fried shrimps with rice, Kouri Shrimps is now so popular that they moved to a near location with tables, seats and a shop, but keeping the essence with their truck where you can collect your meal.

據說蝦蝦飯餐車一開始就如同名字一樣，以一台餐車的形式販賣，四周放著幾個鐵桶，人們就圍著鐵桶站著吃，隨著人氣越來越高，除了保有原先的鐵桶立食區，現在餐車上方也已經建立了座位區;而招牌想當然就是肥美新鮮的蝦子配白飯囉！


Although the main dish is the Shrimp with rice you have different options where you can add, butter, spicy and beef. Also is always good to share it with a A&W root beer (Originated from Okinawa).

即使餐點只有蝦蝦飯，依然有幾種不同的口味選擇如奶油、辣味等，另外附餐可加購那霸牛，其中飲料有A&W麥根沙士，算是來沖繩必喝的飲料之一。




Don´t miss the view from the top deck! in sunny days you will see the blue of the sea so bright!

如果選擇餐車上方的座位區，一邊享用餐點的同時，也可一同感受與欣賞暖暖陽光灑下的日光和放眼望去藍藍大海的景色喔！
